Homes and property listings

Business prices: €199 + 25.5% VAT up to 100 m², €249 + VAT for 101–200 m² and €299 + VAT for 201–300 m². Consumer totals: €249.75, €312.50 and €375.25 including VAT. Uusimaa travel and ordinary parking are included.

Commercial interiors and architecture

Commercial and project assignments are quoted with written scope, usage, access and delivery phases. A specifically identified finite priority selection may carry the 24-hour clause; an open-ended whole project does not.

The 24-hour rule

The clock runs for 24 consecutive hours from the confirmed end of the final agreed still session to first publication of the complete agreed finished selection in the client review gallery. The eligible photography fee is waived, credited or refunded according to actual payment state. Full-resolution release may remain payment-gated.
