Video can be ordered together with photography or on its own. Scope, versions and delivery time are agreed in a written quote before the shoot.
Landscape for the web, vertical for social
The landscape cut suits websites and listing portals. The vertical cut suits Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. Both are edited from the same footage, so no second shoot is needed. I plan the shoot around the formats you need.

Shot in 6K, delivered in 4K.
I shoot using the full sensor (6K Open Gate) and deliver in 4K. Downsampling gives a sharper, cleaner image than footage shot natively in 4K.
- Sharper detail. Textures, fabrics and architectural lines render more cleanly.
- Less noise. Averaging several pixels reduces noise.
- Fewer artifacts. Jagged edges and moiré are reduced.
- Room in the edit. The image can be cropped, reframed and stabilised without dropping below 4K. That is why one shoot gives both a landscape and a vertical film.
6K files are very large, so storage and transfer are agreed in the quote.

The 6K footage is downsampled to 4K. The result is sharper and cleaner than native 4K, with less noise and fewer artifacts. The extra resolution also leaves room to crop and stabilise.

Yes. One shoot can give a landscape film for your website and listing, and a vertical film for social media. Tell me your formats beforehand and I'll plan the shoot around them.
How quickly is the video delivered?
Delivery time is agreed in the quote, as it depends on the film's length, the number of versions and any extras such as music and text. The schedule is confirmed in writing before the shoot. The 24-hour guarantee covers photos, not video.
Do I need a video if I already have photos?
Photos are enough for many listings. A video also shows how the spaces connect, and it works especially well on social media. If you are not sure, ask and we can work out what suits the property.
Can photos and video be shot on the same visit?
Yes, when the content and shooting time for both are agreed in advance. Video can also be ordered on its own, without photos. Photo prices are on the pricing page, and video is always priced by quote.
