Photographic decisions

Property photographs should help buyers understand what they are buying.

Yle recently examined AI images in property listings where changes extended beyond furniture to finishes and room proportions.

As a photographer, I choose the camera position, light and framing to explain the space. At Framehaus, I don’t add AI furniture or digitally renovate kitchens. Existing finishes and permanent fixtures are information the buyer needs.

If one photograph doesn’t explain the layout, I take another view. If the kitchen needs renovation, the photographs can show that.

The aim is for buyers to arrive at a viewing knowing what kind of property they are coming to see.
